By accessing or using the BillingBuddy application, developed and maintained by Ads Web Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BillingBuddy is a GST-compliant invoicing and billing software designed for Indian businesses. We provide features such as invoice generation, offline syncing, customer management, and sales reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Username and Password).
• You must ensure that the GST details, product prices, and tax calculations entered into the system are accurate. BillingBuddy is not liable for incorrect tax filings.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscription and Payments

We offer Free, Pro, and Advanced plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Refunds are processed solely at the discretion of Ads Web Lab management.

5. Offline Mode & Data Syncing

BillingBuddy offers offline capabilities. While offline, data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for connecting your device to the internet periodically to ensure your data is synced securely to our cloud servers to prevent data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ads Web Lab or BillingBuddy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the software.
