• Provide customer support via WhatsApp or Email.

Because BillingBuddy is designed to work offline, we temporarily store your business data locally on your device's browser cache (using LocalStorage/IndexedDB). Once internet connectivity is restored, this data is securely synced and encrypted on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. All data is securely transmitted using standard encryption protocols. Your invoice data remains strictly confidential and is only accessible by authorized users associated with your account.
